This catalogue update every day and list all close approaches to the Earth by near-Earth objects (NEOs), Potentially Hazardous Asteroids (PHAs) or comets.

Near-Earth Objects (NEOs) are comets and asteroids that have been nudged by the gravitational attraction of nearby planets into orbits that allow them to enter the Earth’s neighborhood.

This “potential” to make close Earth approaches does not mean a PHA will impact the Earth. It only means there is a possibility for such a threat.
